300 - Hour Teacher Training

Discover the concepts and philosophies that make up the deepest layers of the yoga tradition in this 300-hour advanced training. Spread out over 10-months, this modular training for 200-hour RYTs is designed to move teachers to the next level of professional development and set you on a course to refine your offerings in the field of modern yoga. Together we'll explore practices, potent teachings and simple tools to expand your understanding and experience of this 3000-year old tradition. Students enrolling in the 300 hour program must have completed a previous 200-hour RYT certification.
