Saturday 10:00am - 3:00pm (1st Saturday of the month)
Sunday 10:00am - 3:00pm (1st Sunday of the month)

The Union Studio Yoga 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program is certified through Yoga Alliance and is completed over seven months.
