Su Iyer

My yoga journey has been one of constant self-discovery. Yoga made me realize that all change starts from within, embodying the phrase ‘when things change inside you, things change around you’. That’s when my practice evolved from one on the mat to a way of life.

Having trained with Jason Crandell and Tiffany Cruikshanks, I incorporate asanas, breathwork, meditation and myofascial techniques to build awareness of body and mind. My teaching focuses on building strength at the end range of motion, blending breath with mindful movement for a grounding and meditative practice that sustains over the long-term.

I teach from a place of personal experience and empathy, and believe in the power of yoga to find peace.
