Jenna Fitzgerald

Jenna discovered yoga during a period of deep personal grief, after the loss of her father. What began as a way to navigate that pain slowly grew into a powerful path of healing, self-discovery, and connection. Over time, her practice evolved into a calling to share yoga with others.

With several years of teaching experience and having taken multiple teacher trainings, Jenna specializes in vinyasa, yin yoga, and meditation. Her teaching is rooted in a deep understanding of physical alignment and the many ways different bodies can experience each pose.

With a deep commitment to personal connection, Jenna invites students into an environment where they feel safe, comfortable, and confident in their bodies, minds, and practice. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to help students tune out the external noise and gently turn inward—encouraging a deeper awareness of both body and breath.
