Brittany Pires

Brittany has been teaching yoga and wellness since 2014 with certifications and specialized skills in Prenatal, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, trauma-informed yoga, therapeutic exercise, Thai massage and Acro Yoga. With over 3,000 hours of teaching experience, she completed two 200-hour teacher trainings and a variety of advanced studies and continuing education in anatomy and various types of meditation. She has a high interest in yoga's role in injury rehabilitation, recovery, and prevention, with the intention of longevity and self-care.

For Brittany, yoga is a metaphor for life and how we react to it. It is the practice of moving energy through the body to balance effort and ease, especially in things that are not always easy. That realization is what truly transformed her yoga practice from physical to spiritual. Her goal is to create a supportive space for students to explore their movement practice with compassion and acceptance, inviting students to find a physical balance between strength and mobility.
