Union Studio Kid's Program
Empowering Kids Through the Practice and Philosophy of Yoga
We view yoga for children as a practice of self-discovery, empowerment, and joy. Our curriculum integrates key elements of traditional yoga - movement (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), meditation, and philosophy - in developmentally appropriate ways. We believe in giving kids opportunities to take the lead - choosing poses, co-creating flows, and engaging in collaborative play - to support their confidence, creativity, and autonomy.
Each session also incorporates:

Mindfulness & Meditation – Helping children build focus, calm, and resilience.

Team Building & Social Skills – Encouraging collaboration, empathy, and healthy communication.

Emotional Awareness & Regulation – Teaching kids how to name, feel, and manage their emotions with confidence and compassion.

Creative Expression – Through storytelling, games, music, and art, kids express their unique voice while deepening their yoga practice.
Our children’s classes are taught by certified yoga instructors with specialized training in children’s yoga. Their expertise allows them to lead with joy, intention, and respect for each child’s individual experience. We welcome children of all abilities and backgrounds into a non-competitive environment where they can truly thrive—on and off the mat.

Weekly Saturday Classes
One hour class open to drop-ins or registration that introduce children to the foundational practices of yoga through play, stories, and age-appropriate movement. Ideal for children potty trained and older.
After School Series
9-week after school class that follows a structured curriculum. Designed to support progressive learning in yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional skills, each series helps children grow their capacity for focus, self-awareness, and emotional regulation.


Seasonal Camps
Full or half-day yoga camps offered during school holidays and breaks. that. These camps integrate yoga practice with arts and crafts, cooperative games, outdoor play, and theme-based activities. Throughout the camp, kids experience a balanced rhythm of movement and stillness, creativity and reflection so they learn how to regulate energy in real time.
Family Yoga
Monthly classes designed for families to bond, connect, and enjoy the benefits of yoga as a group. It's a playful and interactive practice that cultivates mindfulness, flexibility, and relaxation for all ages. Parents and children can explore all levels poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises together, fostering harmony and well-being with the family unit.
