Lauren has been practicing yoga since 2010. She discovered yoga in college and found it extremely helpful to cope with stress. She practices yoga to feel connected to body and breath. She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Yoga One in 2017. She also completed a Yin yoga training led by Rhia Robinson in 2019. Lauren teaches because she believes in yoga and loves sharing the practice with others. She has seen the impact it has made on her life and hopes it can do the same for her students.
